I received my Master of Education and Master of Arts degrees in counselling psychology from Columbia University in 2016. I am a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists.

During my training, I completed a one-year counselling internship at a domestic violence shelter in New York City, where I worked with women and families who had experienced immense trauma and violence. After completing my master’s degrees, I worked at a private clinic in Toronto, specializing in attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and mood and anxiety disorders, where I conducted psychological assessments and provided treatment to individuals of all ages.

My clinical experience has included working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, behaviour and emotion regulation problems, executive functioning issues, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, sleep issues, parenting struggles, and trauma and attachment disturbances.

I aim to meet the unique needs of my patients by using a person-centred approach in my clinical work and by creating a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment. I continually recognize and admire the strength and resilience inherent in individuals and I am passionate and committed to helping my patients find hope, achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
